| Whistler Photographer Leanna Rathkelly specializes in photographing people and travel for tourism advertising, editorial and corporate clients. Check out my BLOG for what have shot recently or follow my Twitter feed. For info about what I am working on now check out my Latest Projects list below. For a partial client list scroll down. For a biography of my 25-year career (yes, I started working as a photographer in 1985...) scroll way, way down. Briefly: I shoot healthy living, for advertising and editorial use. Through my own business, as well as Getty Images worldwide and First Light in Canada, I sell ready-to-license stock photography of people enjoying life. I am also available for your assignment work. You can license much of the imagery on this website for your advertising or editorial needs, and I’d be happy to send a link to a gallery of images customized to your requests. My home in Whistler, BC Canada is a wonderful location for outdoor sports and the people I hire as models are healthy local athletes. I also shoot portraits for families and for business with an emphasis on portraying personalities. When the weather is not suitable you can find me shooting in my home studio, fitted with a variety of backgrounds, lights, the latest Mac computer gear and Nikon digital camera equipment. When I’m not shooting I’m out there doing research on healthy living - playing golf, skate skiing, or just walking the dog.
