Pinot-Gris-grape-harvest-421.tif
The white wine grape pinot gris is harvested at Symphony Vineyards, a family-owned winery on the Saanich Penninsula on Vancouver Island, BC. The grape normally has a grayish-blue fruit, accounting for its name (gris meaning "gray" in French) but the grapes can have a brownish pink to black and even white appearance.
